Job Title: Legal Counsel
Job Summary:
LOGEX is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Legal team, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our business units, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws, and drafting and reviewing various legal documents.
About the Role:
As a Legal Counsel, you will be the primary point of contact for our business units, providing legal advice and support on a range of matters, including contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with our General Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are aligned with our legal obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and GDPR instructions.
- Providing legal advice and support on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR compliance.
- Assisting with corporate housekeeping activities, including group reorganizations and drafting corporate resolutions.
- Providing legal support to our HR team on employment-related matters, including service agreements and individual settlement arrangements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in a commercial law firm.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of GDPR and commercial contracting.
- Broad legal interest and curiosity.
