About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Survitec. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our safety solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and plan the delivery of customer orders, including custom and special orders that require additional resources.
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints about work in progress.
- Provide quotes for local business as needed, ensuring standard pricing and terms are applied.
- Issue certificates promptly and ensure all associated systems are updated accurately.
- Respond to and resolve complex or advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately.
- Plan and coordinate technicians to deliver servicing installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Schedule and track technician time, parts, and other physical resources according to standard service delivery processes.
- Communicate the service delivery plan effectively, ensuring that the plan reflects the resources available.
- Collaborate with stores colleagues and monitor stock levels to ensure all scheduled work can be delivered.
Requirements
- Administrative experience, preferably in the service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Educated to a standard high school level.
- Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
