International Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Product Manager to join our team at Perfetti Van Melle. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing projects focused on business changes in our key iconic products for the Look-O-Look Brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Project planning and facilitation
- Cross-functional project team management
- Monitoring project progress and providing corrective action
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting
- Quality communication with all functions engaged in the project
- Risk assessment and contingency planning
- Minimizing waste and unwanted complexity
- Best practice sharing and project evaluations
- Initiation of finished goods Master data setup and communication
- Correct Product Labeling Specifications handling and Artwork process coordination
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on NPD and Portfolio management
- Solid project management experience and project management process knowledge
- Working knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles
- FMCG experience is a benefit
- Ability to demonstrate strong meetings management, advanced facilitation and communication skills
- Strong initiative to problem solving and framing alternative solutions and driving delivery
- Strong presentation skills to influence at a senior level
- Process oriented – ability to monitor, measure, report
- Initial team management experience a plus
