We zijn op zoek naar een Klantenservice Medewerker voor onze afdeling Klantenservice. In deze rol ben jij onze klantambassadeur, sta jij altijd in direct contact met onze klanten en bied je de beste klantenservice via onze verschillende kanalen.
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en beantwoordt hun vragen via telefoon, e-mail, chat en social media.
- Je helpt klanten met hun problemen en vindt oplossingen voor hun behoeftes.
- Je werkt in een team om klanten te helpen en om de klantenservice te verbeteren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van klachten en het voorkomen van klachten in de toekomst.
- Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen om klanten te helpen en om de klantenservice te verbeteren.

- Je bent klantgericht en luistert naar klanten om hun behoeftes te begrijpen.
- Je bent in staat om te communiceren op een professionele manier en om klanten te helpen.
- Je bent flexibel en kan werken in een hoog tempo.
- Je bent in staat om te werken in een team en om samen te werken met anderen.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
