About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning and Sanitation Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sanitation activities within our factory in Elst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sanitation team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, and helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain cleaning and sanitation procedures that comply with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and execute validation and verification processes for cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitation activities with other departments.
- Analyze sanitation performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive innovation in cleaning and sanitation methods and technologies to optimize cleaning procedures and drive overall equipment efficiency (OEE) on the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering).
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in food manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements, e.g., COP, CIP, SIP, and automated foaming.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
