Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our finance team at Thales Nederland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering support on tax matters to Thales Nederland B.V. and possibly other Thales entities in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing tax assessments and payments of various taxes, including WBSO, income tax, and VAT.
- Coordinating tax audits, including monitoring tax rulings.
- Evaluating, monitoring, and implementing tax policies, practices, and functional performance standards.
- Supporting internal and external information requests on tax-related topics.
- Performing internal control tasks on tax-related topics.
- Ensuring financial integrity and adherence to processes (tax compliance).
- Supporting internal improvement and change projects related to tax.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Tax, including relevant work experience on tax, preferably in an international environment. You should have affinity with tax and accounting processes and a good knowledge of Dutch Tax Law and MS Office. Strong organization, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial in this role.
