Music Publisher Assistant

About the Role

BMG RIGHTS MANAGEMENT (Benelux) B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Copyright team in Hilversum. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate registration of songs to the appropriate artists, as well as various other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the registration of songs
• Regularly check Spotify for new releases
• Distribute setlists and cue sheets
• Safe and store song agreements
• Provide overall support for Copyright-related tasks and processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in roles involving administrative tasks and/or data entry
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as efficient task management
• Strong stress management ability
• Keen attention to detail, high accuracy and solution-oriented mindset
• Collaborative team player, with the ability to handle issues independently
• Very good MS Excel skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
