Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled OT Security Expert to join our team at Working Spirit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OT security, specializing in industrial control systems, and a strong understanding of OT protocols, network architecture, and ICS components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for industrial control systems, identifying potential threats and proposing effective mitigation strategies;
  • Lead and engage in incident response activities, investigating and resolving security incidents within OT environments promptly and effectively;
  • Design and implement robust OT architectures, ensuring the seamless integration of cybersecurity measures into system development and deployment;
  • Ensure adherence to relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations governing OT systems, including NIST and IEC 62443.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field;
  • Minimal 3-5 years of relevant work experience in mid-size to large organizations;
  • Pragmatic mentality with strong communication skills;
  • Extensive experience in OT security, specializing in industrial control systems;
  • Profound knowledge of OT protocols, network architecture, and ICS components;
  • Required certification: IEC 62443, preferred certifications: CISSP, GICSP;
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

The ideal candidate has a hands-on mindset, a strong customer- and problem-solving orientation, showing fast results. To achieve the project goals, the candidate can liaise directly with all stakeholders and has a clear focus on results and quality.
