Your Future Role
As a key member of our Customer Solutions team, you will be the primary point of contact for our French clientele, providing exceptional after-sales service and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing sales strategies to meet customer needs
- Estimating spare parts requirements for our automated equipment solutions
- Collecting and analyzing customer requests via various channels
- Generating quotes using our ERP system
- Ensuring seamless follow-up to deliver outstanding service
- Finalizing sales and entering orders into our computer system
- Proactively suggesting ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Promoting our e-commerce portal
