About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at RTL NEDERLAND BV. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data products that directly impact our consumers, advertisers, or employees.
  • Build and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in AI, data science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with data pipelines.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security.
