Job Description

At Dujob, we are seeking a skilled Caulker to join our production team. As a Caulker, you will be responsible for sealing construction modules, windows, doors, and other prefab elements with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply sealant to construction modules according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and professional finish on all seams and corners.
  • Perform quality checks on your own work and that of others.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the production process and offer support when needed.
  • Report any deviations or safety concerns to the team leader.

Requirements

  • Motivated and a true team player.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Caulker or in a similar production environment.
  • Experience with precise application of sealant is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
  • Flexible work attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on the CAO Klein Metaal, ranging from €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month.
  • 40-hour workweek during daytime shifts.
  • Holiday allowance of 8.33% and travel reimbursement of €0.16 per km.
