* Design and implement SAP solutions for our clients
* Develop and maintain SAP landscapes, including upgrades, migrations, and installations

* Incorporate innovative products and architectures into existing and new SAP landscapes
* Coach and lead teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS
* Bachelor or master degree or equivalent by experience
* Strong knowledge of SAP technical architecture
* Ability to explain complex technical subjects in simple language
* Commitment to quality and successful project delivery
* Good planning and organization skills
* Demonstrated commitment to staff and ability to mentor and lead teams
* Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thinking
* Proven ability to deliver high-profile activities within tight timescales
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or German is a plus
