We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at UNIQLO in Amsterdam. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and implement visual merchandising standards across the store
  • Develop and maintain creative direction for in-store visuals, including POS materials, styling, displays, and windows
  • Implement window concepts in line with European and global direction, and in-store displays with the store operations team to drive sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with the store operations team, European functions, print suppliers, and window installers
  • Recruit and manage a team of visual merchandisers
  • Analyze stock and sales data with the store operations team to maximize sales potential
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the Netherlands (sponsorship not provided)
  • Basic English language skills (Dutch an advantage but not required)
  • Previous experience as a regional visual merchandiser or visual merchandising manager for a flagship store
  • Well-rounded knowledge of market trends in luxury and mass market fashion
  • Proven ability to develop and implement commercially creative ideas
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Possess a passion for customer service, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop people with cross-cultural sensitivity
