Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Thales Nederland. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial and budgetary controlling activities, supporting the team leader and participating in drawing up rates and factors for Thales NL.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team leader in budgetary and subsidy control activities
- Participate in the development of rates and factors for Thales NL
- Responsible for several Thales NL reports
- Responsible for budgetary control of several departments of Thales NL
- Participate in improvements, including IT applications
- Perform various ad-hoc activities
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on candidate with a passion for finance who can work in an informal and international environment. You should have a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, several years of work experience, and good English communication skills. Financial knowledge regarding reporting, controlling, and accounting is required. You should be curious by nature and question current processes, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Good communication skills are critical to your success in this role.
