About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team in Venlo, NL. As a key member of our Global Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing existing processes, as well as inventing creative and innovative solutions for existing or new processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new and improve existing processes and products
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Conduct basic research to gain knowledge about new and existing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Source and procure materials and equipment, ensuring technical specifications are met
  • Provide aftercare and support for processes and products, ensuring optimal performance
  • Support Sales and Operations teams with technical expertise and judgment
  • Steer technology development, project management, and technology road-mapping with internal and external partners
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc degree in Process Technology or Chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience as an Engineer in a Development-R&D-Test- or Process environment
  • Knowledge of Project Management and process simulation tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and share knowledge
