As a Project Leader W, you will oversee design and construction processes, maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that projects meet all technical specifications and safety standards.

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative mechanical systems and installations;
• Coordinate project activities, from defining scope and objectives to overseeing daily operations and project closure;
• Manage project budgets and resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Apply advanced project management tools and methods;
• Report on project progress to senior management.

We expect to realize a salary between €80,000 and €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience in managing mechanical projects;
• Proven track record in successfully completing projects within the set time and budget;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions;
• Flexible and stress-resistant;
• In possession of a category B driving license.
