Vestas Wind Systems is a global leader in the wind turbine industry, with a strong presence in the Netherlands, Belgium, Aruba, and Curacao. As a Field Operations Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of all turbine work within the given area, according to contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan the use of labor, materials, and tools to achieve effective execution of turbine work.
  • Responsible for all past work, daily planning, and the next 3 weeks.
  • Ensure proper work preparation and leveling, regardless of when the work will be carried out.
  • Control all tasks that need to be performed within a certain area, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • MBO work and thinking level (MBO Logistics or MTS WTB).
  • Experience with planning, planning tools, and prioritization.
  • Proven knowledge, skills, and experience in MS Office, SAP, or similar ERP-systems.
  • Ability to analyze numerical data and identify trends.
  • Knowledge of organizational processes and systems.
  • Proficient oral and written fluency in Dutch and English.
