Cybersecurity Threat Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Threat Specialist to join our team at ING Deutschland.

About the Role: As a Cybersecurity Threat Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential security threats to our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to develop and implement effective security measures to protect our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough threat assessments and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities in our IT infrastructure
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate identified risks
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the integration of security measures into our overall IT strategy
• Analyze and track security bugs, documenting findings and recommendations for improvement
• Provide training and education to colleagues on IT security best practices and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Several years of experience in IT security, including threat assessment and risk management
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and network architectures
• Familiarity with IT security standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
