Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Reticle Metrology Contract professional to join our team at Elchemie. As a Reticle Metrology Contract, you will be responsible for working within the service laboratory environment, preparing wafers and reticles for exposure, processing them after exposure, measuring, and recycling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process requests from internal customers and the field, including coating, developing, cleaning, measuring, and defectivity measurements of wafers and reticles.
- Handle priorities and communicate with internal customers about service requests and expectations.
- Work according to instructions and register executed tasks.
- Monitor and adjust process and equipment performance.
- Propose and initiate process and product improvements.
- Ensure internal stock levels are available and up to date.
- Work well in teams and have good communication skills.
- Able to gain and maintain changing knowledge on product, process, equipment, and safety aspects.
- Transfer knowledge to others.
Requirements:
- Not older than 28 years.
- Minimum National Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
- Relevant working experience in the field of applications or manufacturing processes.
- Experience in the field of wafer or reticle processing and measurement.
- Independent firm personality, a great sense of responsibility, good analytical skills, and a team spirit.
- Focused on quality, continuous improvement, good social, and communication skills.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Fluency in Afrikaans will be an advantage.
What We Offer:
Remuneration: Euro 3909 p.m.
Travel and relocation assistance will be provided.
