About the role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Functional Engineer to join our team at NIBC. As a Salesforce Functional Engineer, you will play a key role in analyzing, developing, maintaining, and testing applications that support our retail bank's business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up functional requirements in cooperation with business stakeholders
  • Analyzing functional requirements and translating them to a Salesforce solution
  • Taking full responsibility for analyzing, building, deploying, and running Salesforce
  • Building within Salesforce using low-code tools

About the team

You will be part of the Mortgages IT Team within the Retail IT department, a multi-disciplinary team that develops, services, and maintains applications for our Retail Bank mortgage departments, with a prime focus on Salesforce.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A moderate to advanced experience building within Salesforce using low-code tools
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
  • A Salesforce Admin Certificate or enough experience to show for
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Fluent language skills in English and preferably Dutch
