Job Title: Private Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Cloud Engineer to join our team at Kyndryl Nederland B.V. As a Private Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing private cloud infrastructure for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement private cloud infrastructure using VMware vRealize Automation
  • Develop and maintain automated engineering workflows and VM implementations using VMware-based application platforms
  • Manage and scale all VMware-based cloud application platforms
  • Develop, test, and implement automation using CICD tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with other teams to automate processes and provide training and support
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with technical management of private cloud environments
  • Knowledge of hosting (IaaS and PaaS), high availability, high performance, scalability, and security best practices
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Ansible, PowerShell, Python, YAML, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of security techniques, encryption, zoning, and segmentation concepts
  • Experience with version control and source code management using GitLab and Git clients
  • Knowledge of dashboarding and virtualization
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and antivirus tools
  • Knowledge of compute, network, and storage infrastructure concepts
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Nutanix
