We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and servicing of our cheese equipment and systems at customer sites around the world.

• Manage installation teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Plan and analyze project schedules, determine installation requirements, and support the launch of new equipment.
• Manage internal companies and subcontractors in accordance with local labor laws and ensure installations meet Tetra Pak's quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Assist machine operators and customer maintenance personnel in the field of Tetra Pak equipment and comply with internal procedures and policies for all on-site activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as an engineer, mechanic, electrician, or in a position with similar technical background.
• General technical knowledge in the required areas of competence.
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly express, communicate, and collaborate with customers, sub-suppliers, and project teams.
• Computer skills including MS Office, MS Project, MS Outlook, etc.
