Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our ambitious commercial team at Vuyk Engineering. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze markets and identify business opportunities to formulate sales plans and pursue new contracts.
  • Collaborate with the commercial director, technical sales managers, marketing manager, and project managers to secure new contracts.
  • Collect data from various departments to determine prices and conditions for quotations.
  • Draft and adjust contracts and terms and conditions.
  • Maintain contact with project managers and support in discussions between customers and project teams.
  • Improve internal commercial activities and cooperation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Msc. Degree in commercial business administration or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in sales procedures and methods, preferably in long-term investments.
  • Excellent skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
  • Full-time availability and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Good secondary conditions, including 37 holidays, profit distribution, and remote work possibilities.
