We zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze en flexibele stagiair(e) die zich wil ontwikkelen in de hospitality sector. Als Rooms Division Management Stagiair(e) bij Leonardo Hotels word je onderdeel van ons Front Office, Housekeeping en Technische Dienst team.

Wat ga je doen?
  • Je assisteert het Front Office team bij de dagelijkse taken, zoals het in- en uitchecken van onze gasten.
  • Je helpt het Housekeeping team met het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar de procedures van beide afdelingen en draagt ideeën aan om deze te verbeteren.
  • Je leert alles over het reilen en zeilen bij de Front Office en Housekeeping én treedt op als Duty Manager.
  • Als Duty Manager leer je alles over veiligheidsprocedures, klachtenafhandeling en rooms-gerelateerde knelpunten.
