Product Manager - Manufacturing
As a Product Manager at Vention, you will be responsible for guiding products from concept to mass production, ensuring seamless quality and efficiency. You will lead production planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production and logistical planning and execution process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective manufacturing of our electronic products at scale.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing partners to streamline the production process and optimize product quality.
- Leverage your understanding of the entire product development lifecycle to seamlessly integrate production requirements into the design and development phases.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance protocols to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence and reliability.
- Coordinate comprehensive testing efforts to validate product functionality, durability, and performance throughout the production process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may arise during the production process, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in product management or manufacturing operations within the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of mass production processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with hands-on experience in bringing products from concept to mass production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving operational excellence.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles and testing methodologies, with a commitment to delivering products that exceed customer expectations.
