The Role

We are seeking a Transformation Specialist - Process Excellence to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across various functions. Your primary objective will be to identify areas of inefficiency and develop strategies to optimize our production lines, ensuring seamless integration of Lean manufacturing principles and attitudes.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance overall effectiveness of production processes

- Facilitate adoption of Lean manufacturing principles and attitudes among production team members

- Collaborate with process engineering teams to implement improvements and ensure smooth operation of production lines

- Support new product and process implementations to ensure early adoption of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

- Assist project and process engineering departments with project work as required

- Participate in non-conformance and CAPA processes related to non-production processes

- Develop and revise work instructions and procedures

- Ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy and attention to detail within defined timeframes

- Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating closely with Engineering/Operations/Quality teams

- Maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485 through correct and complete use of Quality Controlled Procedures

- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

- Contribute to achieving overall business objectives

Requirements

- Proven experience in Lean operations or related continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Projects)

- Ability to present data in meaningful and relevant fashion to inform decision-making processes

- Experience following work instructions, processes, and SOPs

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GDP
