About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at JTI. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring business continuity in logistics by monitoring, maintaining, and controlling various administrative aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Ensure SAP and WMS inventory alignment through weekly stock checks, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, and manage stock transfers.
- Inbound Management: Coordinate inbound shipment information, ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders, and process or delegate goods receipts within one business day of warehouse confirmation.
- Material Master Data: Ensure portfolio material data accuracy, timely publishing in GS1 Data Source, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Track & Trace Compliance: Ensure operational track & trace compliance and support process improvements in departmental and warehouse flows.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and digitalization by developing and implementing new tools in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Higher Professional Education (HBO Bachelor).
- Work experience in logistics with strong IT literacy (preferably 3 years or more).
- Fluent Dutch & English.
- PC literacy: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
