Biomedical Device Development Specialist

Artinis Medical Systems is seeking a skilled Verification Engineer to join our Research and Development team. As a key member of our research and biomedical device development and testing group, you will be responsible for creating and conducting product and software tests, validating test methods, and presenting findings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test protocols, implement test procedures, evaluate test results, and prepare technical test reports.
- Design test methods to measure the performance of software.
- Collaborate effectively with various project team members, including project leaders, hardware and software engineers, operations, regulatory affairs, marketing, etc.
- Transfer documented test methods to production, quality control, or external suppliers.
- Identify and obtain new test equipment and perform performance validation of automated software testing and test methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EEG and EMG technologies.
- Support new product development, regulatory submissions, and post-launch activities.
- BSc or MSc Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Software development, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills for finding failures and performing root-cause analysis.
- Affinity with human electrophysiology and research.
- Experience with Python and/or MATLAB is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a regulated medical device development environment.
- Willing to work in an experimental environment performing hands-on experiments and communicate findings to the project team.
