About the Role

As an M&A Analyst at Marktlink, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic deal-making. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business opportunities, identify potential synergies, and develop comprehensive deal strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry experts;
  • Collaborate with the deal team to create and execute comprehensive deal strategies;
  • Prepare and present detailed financial models and analysis to support deal decisions;
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Marktlink remains a leader in the M&A space.
Requirements
  • University degree in finance, business, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial software;
  • Fluency in English, with a strong command of Dutch and/or other European languages.
