In this role, you will collaborate with your team to manage international shipments. You will handle logistics for major clients across various industries, including retail, healthcare, renewable energy, and automotive.

Your responsibilities include:

Working alongside your colleagues to ensure that export consignments are dispatched efficiently and accurately across the globe. You will play a vital role in this process.

How will you achieve this? By being an LCL export logistics coordinator who maintains clear and honest communication daily with international clients, shippers, co-loaders, and colleagues. You will ensure that shipments are booked and transported punctually at competitive rates with co-loaders or our own transport networks. Your contributions will include:

  • Transforming customer orders into bookings with carriers, co-loaders, and gateways;
  • Preparing shipping instructions, documentation, and maintaining accurate records;
  • Providing timely updates to clients regarding their shipments through various communication channels.

Your qualifications:

  • Relevant mbo level of education;
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in LCL export;
  • Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients.
