Digital Product Manager for Biopharmaceutical R&D

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product owner to join our team at Genmab. As a product owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements of our biopharmaceutical R&D platform, working closely with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for our platform.
  • Align the product roadmap with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Communicate the product vision and value proposition to internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor and measure product performance, customer feedback, and market trends, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and clarification on product requirements and features.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective, and provide feedback and coaching to the team.
  • Review and validate product deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Act as a single point of contact for business systems owners to provide support for product-related issues or requests.
  • Liaise with third-party vendor-managed services to complete product development and maintenance workstreams on time, on budget, and to quality.
  • Support root cause analysis, in collaboration with other cross-functional stakeholders, to identify potential solutions to issues and prevent future problems.
  • Provide periodic service reports, product performance monitoring, and budget metrics for the IT systems of the overall products' portfolio.
  • Update relevant documentation within the GxP regulatory framework, following applicable departmental procedures.
  • Assist with prioritization, categorization, and remediation of any production deviations and CAPAs.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, templates, and reusable artifacts.
