Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and updating new and existing features of our award-winning cloud-based Hotel Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new features and improve existing ones as part of our sprint goals
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software in line with our engineering performance framework
  • Design and develop applications using best practices
  • Collaborate with the development team, lead developer, and product owner/product manager
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Participate in additional tasks that enhance the role (not part of the standard business operations)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant software-related qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in PHP, MySQL, Sass, Git, and REST
  • Excellent communication skills to understand project needs and provide feedback to stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and experience working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Ability to work with an international team and customers in different time zones
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency, and ease
  • Proficient analytical and decision-making skills
