Comprehensive Training Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Training Developer to join our team at Chart Industries.

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will play a key role in equipping our employees with the skills needed to excel in their roles and ensuring our clients maximize the value of our cutting-edge products.

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for internal teams, focusing on technical product knowledge, features, and best practices.
• Create customized training modules for external clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and how to leverage them effectively.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to stay updated on the latest features, updates, and industry trends.
• Conduct in-house, on-site, and virtual training sessions for both internal and external audiences.
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different teams and clients.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to internal teams and clients, addressing product-related queries and ensuring a seamless learning experience.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements.
• Manage customized offers and orders for training services, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
• Take ownership of financial aspects related to training services, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and expense management.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. If available, practical experience as a Field Service Engineer. Experience as a Technical Product Trainer, with a track record of conducting both internal and external training programs or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English and Dutch language skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences.
• In-depth understanding of our products and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training material.
• Proficient in creating training materials using various tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and techniques.
• Enthusiastic about staying updated on industry trends and incorporating new knowledge into training programs.
• Product knowledge: Compression technology, instrumentation technology, hydraulics, pneumatics, process engineering.

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide an extensive package of fringe benefits, including a Hybrid Working policy that allows for up to 3 days of remote work per week.
