Job Title: Senior Associate International Tax

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate International Tax professional to join our international practice. As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team with a strong client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

As a Senior Associate International Tax, you will be responsible for advising international clients on complex tax matters, including corporate tax, dividend tax, withholding tax, and tax treaties. You will work closely with colleagues from other practice groups, including Corporate Notariaat, Employment, Finance, and Litigation. You will also have a coaching and mentoring role within the Direct Tax team, helping to develop the skills and expertise of your colleagues.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in fiscal law or fiscal economics, and a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in international tax advisory. You should have a strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advising international clients on complex tax matters, including corporate tax, dividend tax, withholding tax, and tax treaties
  • Working closely with colleagues from other practice groups, including Corporate Notariaat, Employment, Finance, and Litigation
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues within the Direct Tax team
  • Identifying opportunities for optimal tax advice and service delivery
  • Playing a key role in the development and growth of the Tax practice group

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A strong academic background in fiscal law or fiscal economics
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in international tax advisory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
