We are seeking a highly motivated and organized marketing intern to join our Global Sponsorship Events Team at Heineken, based in Amsterdam.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of sports marketing and sponsorship. As a marketing intern, you will be responsible for supporting the team on various projects, including event planning, activation management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in preparing for sponsorship activations and events, working closely with rightsholders, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with on-site event support when required.
  • Contribute to day-to-day business operations and ad-hoc requests, such as writing briefings and creating presentations.
  • Help initiate and share best practices internally through our world-class sponsorship portfolio.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including agendas and status reports for weekly partnership meetings.

  • Achieve a pragmatic approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Possess experience in hospitality, sport marketing, project management, and/or digital communication.
Benefits
  • A competitive monthly internship fee of €650 gross (based on 40 hours per week).
  • 2 vacation days per month (based on full-time).
  • Commuting expenses fully reimbursed if no student OV product is available.
