Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Consultant to join our team at ID-ware. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that our solutions align with client needs and are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate detailed technical specifications for client solutions, covering configurations, custom interfaces, and solution definitions.
  • Manage the solution framework, combining standard products and configurations tailored to meet each client's specific processes.
  • Provide content expertise to support Project Managers in key discussions, ensuring alignment on technical details and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee configuration and fine-tuning of the product during test phases, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to help clients and their teams become proficient in using our applications, tailored to meet their unique needs and processes.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of product configuration and technical specification development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle unexpected events and challenges effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and project planning, anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they arise.
  • Ability to be flexible and creative in project planning, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each project.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
