Creative Artworker

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Artworker to join our EMEA Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets that meet the brand's visual identity and consistency standards.

• Work closely with the Marketing Co-ordinator to deliver on creative briefs from across the EMEA markets and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Cooperate with the HQ creative team to ensure all regionally produced assets are produced within brand guidelines.
• Artworking static and motion creative elements for digital marketing, including organic and paid social, email and performance marketing, digital display and advertising.
• Artworking retail and print layouts for the region, including in-store graphics and POS, as well as printed collateral such as leaflets and brochures.
• Cropping imagery and proportionately sizing assets to fit standardized and bespoke specifications across the various channels.
• Aptitude for video editing is also desirable, creating cutdowns from full-length campaign films to suit channel and market requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining brand continuity and visual consistency across multiple digital and print channels and formats.
• Closely working within a supportive and positive team of Marketers to deliver marketing and commercial requirements without compromising on brand visual identity and consistency.

• Skilled in the latest updates of design software including After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
• Competency with additional software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, InVision, Dreamweaver, Figma, and Affinity Designer, and SketchUp/rendering skills is also desirable.
• Strong skillset and creative approach with transitions in animation.
• Good understanding of print production to ensure files are delivered correctly to suppliers.
• Attention to detail and a creative and flexible mindset.
• Skilled in adapting the composition of static assets and messaging hierarchy to fit varied specifications while maintaining a premium and on-brand aesthetic.
• Able to think outside of the box and propose on-brand solutions to creative challenges that are unique to the EMEA region.
