About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Orderpicker to join our team at A.S. Watson, a global leader in Health & Beauty retail. As an Orderpicker, you will be responsible for picking and preparing orders for our Kruidvat shops in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, using voicepicking technology to pick orders and build pallets.

Responsibilities

  • Picking and preparing orders for Kruidvat shops
  • Using voicepicking technology to pick orders and build pallets
  • Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Requirements

  • Availability to work from Monday to Saturday
  • Ability to work in two shifts (06.00u-14.00u and 14.00u-22.00u)
  • Own transportation, as public transportation is not available during working hours
  • Availability to work a minimum of one or two Saturday mornings

What We Offer

  • Bruto-hourly salary from 21 years: €14.74 (incl. ADV-allowance up to 35 hours)
  • 25% shift allowance on Mondays to Fridays (bruto €18.16 incl. ADV)
  • 30% shift allowance on Saturdays (bruto €18.85 incl. ADV)
  • Travel allowance of €0.19 cents per km, after 10 km
  • Possibility of a contract at A.S. Watson
  • Fresh fruit and free coffee and tea
