Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Etten-Leur. As a key support role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of the entire warehouse, collaborating closely with the operational supervisor to gain valuable on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit project-related reports to the operational manager.
  • Manage internal (OMS, WMS) and external systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist the operational manager with coordination and oversight of daily operations.
  • Provide feedback to the operational manager on production and system-related matters.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the operational manager.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
