About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join our team at LOGEX Group B.V. As a key member of our Security Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee incident response, including investigation, resolution, and documentation of security incidents and breaches.
  • Support risk assessments and vulnerability management to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and other industry-specific requirements.
  • Lead security awareness initiatives and manage junior security staff.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Information Security, with a focus on ISMS.
  • Master's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with key information security standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and/or NEN 7510.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Application security and DevSecOps concepts understanding is a plus.
  • Security certification(s) such as CISSP, CISM or Security+ are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, Dutch is a plus.
