Your Mission

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights, steering our decision-making and accelerating Foleon's growth. You will work closely with the Global Sales Team to provide administrative and operational support, managing data quality, data flows, and improving accuracy.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate reporting structure for Sales and Marketing, owning the library of sales-cycle reporting and outputs, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting.

You will also collaborate with Revenue Operations colleagues and commercial teams to steer insights into actions, create and manage dashboards & reports, and become an invaluable resource for Sales Leadership.

In this role, you will optimize data quality, validation, and processes, perform analyses to uncover areas of revenue leak, measure potential growth, and develop a Data Strategy to track Sales and Operations' execution.

Your Competences
  • A data-driven mindset with excellent reporting skills
  • Ability to accurately enter and manipulate data, as well as discover data inaccuracies, within our CRM
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable messages
  • Pro-active self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
  • Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and finesse
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales operations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with senior leadership
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Advanced knowledge of a CRM system, preferably Hubspot
  • Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools
  • Advanced quantitative and MS Excel skills

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
