Key Responsibilities- Logistics Coordination: Monitor all picking locations and ensure orderliness in picking processes.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize picking tasks based on requests and provide necessary reports.
- Error Management: Manage and monitor action lists, distribute tasks to pickers, and fix any picking errors.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate issues when needed and rotate roles in the Outbound department.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact for Support Customer Service and various ASML departments.
- Process Improvement: Participate in various meetings to ensure alignment and process efficiency.
- Logistics Experience: Strong understanding of logistics processes.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (level B), both spoken and written.
- Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365.
- Warehouse Knowledge: Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems and company products.
- Teamwork: Be a motivated team player who can work independently and handle stress effectively.
- Accuracy: Perform tasks accurately and securely.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to guide colleagues and handle internal/external communications.
- Adaptability: Adapt to unforeseen circumstances and manage work distribution effectively.
You will use laptops and handheld devices for monitoring and communication tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications- Experience: Experience or certification with Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and Stackers is desirable but not mandatory.
- Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, are required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
- Availability: Availability on weekends is required.
- Training: A willingness to receive training for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is necessary.
- Physical Endurance: Physical endurance is crucial, as the role involves extended periods of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
