Certification Documentation Engineer for Emissions

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for the creation and management of certification documentation related to AECD, AES, and OBD. Your role will involve collaboration with technical specialists to outline the necessary content for emissions and OBD documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain certification documentation for AECD, AES, and OBD.
- Work closely with technical experts to establish the content framework for emissions and OBD documentation.
- Draft sections of the documentation, conduct reviews, monitor revisions, and facilitate the approval workflow.
- Identify AECDs by examining the technical execution of emission control systems.
- Provide guidance to development teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Create and update engine testing standards for emissions assessments.
- Enhance documentation processes on an ongoing basis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines, aftertreatment systems, calibration, and/or On-Board Diagnostics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with DITA and other documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with diverse groups.
