Founded in 2015 by Dirk Worm and Mischa Wesdorp, we specialize in change management within the banking sector. About the Role

This role requires drawing on your experience and the team's expertise in delivering change within the banking industry. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working in a high-performing team to deliver excellent results for clients.

  • Managing all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various stakeholders.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual who is eager to contribute their expertise to our team's success. You should have:
  • A master's degree.
  • Working experience at a consulting firm.
  • +5 years of experience within the financial services industry and mainly banking, for example, at a bank or a consultancy firm.
  • Excellent understanding and experience with the functions and domains of a bank (e.g., finance, financial and non-financial risk management, risk modeling, payments, operations, IT).
  • Deep knowledge of the banking industry and the most impactful (technological) trends and regulations.
  • Experience with managing your own projects at a client, maintaining the right balance between timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder management on client projects and a network within the financial services industry.
  • A track record of consistently delivering high-impact results to meet clients' needs.
  • Trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organization.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • The capacity to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • The ability to work in and lead an international team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A collaborative, team player, problem solver, and delivery-focused spirit.
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch language knowledge or willingness to learn is preferred.

We Offer

We offer a competitive salary depending on your experience and capabilities, along with a yearly bonus (ranging from 0 – 15% of your annual pay, depending on your and the company's performance). You will also receive a holiday entitlement of 25 days a year, increased based on the number of years of service. Additionally, you will have the possibility to buy a maximum of 10 additional days per calendar year. We also offer a pension scheme, a company laptop, and an expense allowance including phone cost reimbursement, working from home reimbursement, and full flexibility on business traveling. You will have the opportunity to work from home, with the client, or from our inspiring office in Amsterdam (if the client's project permits).
