Culinary Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef de Partie to join our team at The Seafood Bar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting exquisite shellfish and seafood dishes to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes to the highest standards.
• Assist with food preparation, including filleting, chopping, and marinating.
• Run your section during service, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to kitchen cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work 32-40 hours per week, including weekends and weekdays.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English.
• Familiarity with HACCP regulations and food safety protocols.
• Passion for seafood and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

• Competitive salary between €2400-€2600 per month, excluding tips.
