Job Opportunity

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing Global HR team at our Moerdijk, Netherlands location. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal support role in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks using our HR systems, ensuring a smooth HR operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Business Partner in implementing People processes
  • Manage employee data, including employment contracts and offboarding
  • Utilize HR systems to perform administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
  • Display excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exercise good judgment and handle challenges in a mature manner

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration or generalist role
  • Experience working with HR/Payroll systems
  • Degree-level education in HR or business-related subject
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
