We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to enhance our market identity and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, website content management, and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate brand awareness through targeted online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and implement push marketing campaigns to promote our company's services and expertise.
  • Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to attract top talent.
  • Provide support in updating website content to ensure a clear and engaging user experience.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing events and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a marketing professional.
  • Understanding of IT solutions and the associated consulting industry.
  • Ability to create a vision on consultancy services in combination with product offering and innovation in using IT-tooling to service clients.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing winning social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with content- copy writing marketing and website management.
  • Strong market research and competitor analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English (C2 level).
  • Creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • EU nationality or work and residence permit in the Netherlands.
