About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our ESG Transformation Team as a Sustainability Transformation Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the moderation of our Sustainability Community of Practice (CoP) and Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization and execution of activities such as live webinars, interactive events, and content creation.
  • Connect people with experts, share information, and engage in discussions within the Sustainability CoP and CoE.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tools that support sustainability learning and resource sharing among Philips employees.
  • Collaborate with sustainability experts to leverage the power of the Sustainability CoP and CoE for transformation.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Change management, Business Administration, Environment, Communications, Policy, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Passionate about sustainability, especially Circular Economy and EcoDesign.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in community management and media platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging internal and external communications.
  • Self-starter with project management skills and a keen eye for synergies and opportunities.
