As an Assistant Team Lead Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Team Lead Kitchen with the overall organization of the kitchen and stewarding team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Team Lead Kitchen in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including stewards and cooks, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
