Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to lead our Mechanical Technical Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3 colleagues and external companies
  • Assign work and prepare tasks for the team
  • Coordinate activities with foremen and ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Handle first-line troubleshooting and manage inventory and tool maintenance
  • Create technical drawings and handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Completed MTS-Mechanical Engineering qualification
  • Welding skills
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • VCA certification
  • Preferably forklift operation skills
